We require that everyone that gets permanent jewelry from us be over the age of 7 years old
An appointment is good for 1-2 people ONLY - please book accordingly
Your deposit will be refunded at the time of the appointment. If you are unable to come please let us know at least 48 hrs before your appointment so we can reschedule or issue a refund
If you show up more then 15 minutes past your appointment time, you may have to book again for a later date and forfeit the deposit. Each appointment is timed to give you a personalized experience in creating your custom jewelry. Going past your scheduled time will affect our next guests appointment

Once the chain is fitted to your liking and cut, there will be no refunds. Your permanent jewelry piece is one of a kind and completely custom.
